Mark Panza established Panza Gallery in 1986. Not only is Mark a professional framer and gallery owner, he is a prolific fine artist. His work has been shown in the Carnegie Museum of Art, the Westmoreland Museum, Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, and the Hoyt Fine Art Institute. Mark captures the world around him through photography, but uses an expanded set of resources that includes digital cameras and an Apple computer. These tools allow him complete control over his artistic process. markpanza.com.

Gallery

Mark’s philosophy is “I’m a exhibitor, not a art representative.” His unique and contemporary gallery has been featuring local talent for 28 years. The spacious gallery boasts a 36’ x 48’, four-room footprint. The space is also available to rent for private events.

Framing

Mark’s custom framing demonstrates his meticulous attention to quality and detail. All frames are custom cut and assembled onsite. The frame shop utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and quality materials.

Some projects are entirely custom and the frames are built from scratch. Mark works in exotic woods, hand-mills the material, and uses time-tested joining techniques.

Whether a project is conventional or custom, great care is taken for the archival preservation of your original art, lithographs, photographs, and 3-dimensional articles.
